PRIVACY
POLICY.

This policy explains what The Golf Outlaw collects, how submissions are stored, and how Google sign-in and Google Drive are used for the private Studio.

Effective date: September 21, 2026

THE SHORT VERSION

Swing videos and information submitted through this website are kept private by default. They are used to organize and review golf submissions. They are not sold, used for advertising, or shared publicly unless the submitter gives permission.

01

Information collected

When someone submits a swing or topic, The Golf Outlaw may collect the person's name, handicap, written notes, optional game-survey answers, uploaded video or other files, and the date and time of the submission. A person does not need a Google account to submit a swing.

If someone voluntarily joins the mailing list, the submitted email address is collected for that mailing list. The website also receives ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service.

02

How submissions are used

Submission information is used to organize the Outlaw queue, understand a golfer's question, review swing footage, respond to the submission, and prepare educational golf discussions.

Submissions remain private unless the submitter expressly gives permission for a video or related information to be shown during a live stream, recorded review, or other educational content. People should avoid including information they do not want reviewed or displayed.

03

Private storage

Swing submissions and related files are stored in the website's private data systems and in a private Google Drive folder used by The Golf Outlaw. Access to those files is restricted to the private Studio and the authorized owner account. The website does not create public Google Drive links for submissions by default.

The Golf Outlaw keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the review queue, provide the requested golf help, maintain review history, and protect the service. A person may request deletion of their submission using the contact information below.

04

Google sign-in and Drive

Google sign-in is used only for the private Studio owner account. The Studio requests basic Google identity information, including the account email, so it can confirm the authorized owner. It also requests Google Drive'sdrive.file permission so the Studio can create, read, update, and delete files that the Studio uses for swing submissions and related attachments.

Google account information and Google Drive data are not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles. Google data is not transferred to unrelated third parties. The Golf Outlaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

05

Sharing and service providers

The Golf Outlaw may use hosting, database, storage, and email services needed to operate the website and deliver the features described here. Those services may process information only as needed to provide the service. The Golf Outlaw does not sell personal information.

The website may embed or link to third-party services such as YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect information according to their own terms when a visitor uses them.

06

Children and parent permission

The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or legal guardian should submit a minor's swing, or approve the submission and any permission to use the footage in an educational review.

07

Your choices

You may ask what personal information or submission files The Golf Outlaw has associated with you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of a submission. Requests may be subject to reasonable verification so that someone else cannot delete another person's information.
